IT Analyst

 

The Job

  • Management of IT Infrastructure including Software, PC, Servers, Network and Data Center Equipment ensuring smooth operation, high availability and in compliance with standard operating procedures and policies.

  • Perform system administration including monitoring, operations, backup, maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Ensure systems are configured; operating systems and applications are updated and secured as per IT security policy.

  • Perform hardware and software asset management including acquisition & disposal, inventory management and licensing and vendor services.

  • Propose and plan for technology migration and product upgrades.

  • Develop scripts, tools, or applications for systems administration, automation, performance monitoring, preventive maintenance, disaster recovery and security.

  • Responsible for system support and improvement to achieve minimum downtime and customer incidents.

  • Work with first level contact and application support analysts to resolve customer application issues.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Science in Computer Science, Computer Eng, Information Technology or Electronics Engg.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related field for Senior Position.

 

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Working experience and strong knowledge in system administration in MS Windows Server, Linux, Windows OS and Networking (LAN, WAN).

  • Knowledge in systems monitoring and management and experience in scripting for automation.

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and Windows Services setup and support.

  • Able to setup & configure Cisco switches, routers and troubleshooting systems and network related issues (for Network System Administrator)

 

Test Maintenance Engineer

 

The Job

  • Lead  and manage a group of Technicians in maintaining test handlers  by undertaking upgrade projects, perform equipment preventive/ predictive maintenance and resolve major machine related problems

  • Work with suppliers for new machine capability

  • Provide training on machine operation

  • Supervise storeroom  activities to ensure accurate and reliable inventories of equipment and spare parts

  • Initiate and support cost reduction activities

 

Requirements :

  • Graduates in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering

  • Experience in semiconductor industry , preferably in Final Test operation and familiar with various type of test handlers

  • Minimum  5 years of working experience in equipment maintenance

  • Has knowledge on CMMS ( Computerized Maintenance management System ) , predictive and preventive maintenance .

  • Self motivated and team oriented with leadership qualities and interpersonal skills

 

Engineering Section Head/Manager (Equipment)

Front End Equipment Engineers
 

The Job

  • To upkeep and perform maintenance of front-end assembly equipments (Esec & Shinkawa)

  • Perform equipment improvements which are to be attained through practical use of statistical process control (SPC) methods, FMEA studies and data extraction and analysis.

  • Ownership of operational indicators such as safety, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), line yield and defect reduction is required.

 

Requirements:

  • M Sc/B Sc/BE in Electrical/ Electronics/Mechanical.

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in equipment manufacturing or semiconductor field.

  • Experienced in handling Esec and Shinkawa machines.

  • The ability to work in a team environment is essential. Strong problem solving and goal setting skills are required.

 

System Design engineer.( section head)  

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electro Mechanical or Megatronics.

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in mechanical system design. Example pick and place, sorting,  auto inloader / offloader, taping / detaping, reel to reel, etc. Preferably in the Semiconductor equipment industry.

  • Generate and propose design concept

  • Generate complete bill of material required to build a system.

  • Work out complete costing of propose  project.

  • Lead a team of junior design engineers.

  • Knowledge in Tool and Die added advantage.

 

TEST DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

 

The Job

  • Develop test solutions for new products & processes and lead a team of Test Development Engineers.

  • Responsible for providing timely test solutions using up-to-date technologies at the lowest cost and improve department’s profit

  • Grow test customers base by providing cost effective test solution

  • Develop new test technology capabilities and provide test solutions to customers’ new products requests.

  • Establish and provide product specific testing methodology technical training to Engineers and Technicians

  • Plan and execute productivity and cost reduction programs timely for multi-sites test solutions and tester conversions (convert from one tester platform to a more cost effective test platform).

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering majoring in Mixed Signal/RF & Microwave or its equivalent.

  • Experience in mixed signal/RF test development of semiconductor components or finished products.

  • Experience in audio/video, bluetooth, wireless products test development, RF PCB board design and debugging RF test fixtures will be an added advantage.

  • Knowledge of Teradyne Flex/Catalyst, Fusion CX, Eagle ETS364, Credence ASL1000 test system is preferred.

  • Knowledge of statistical techniques for yield analysis, enhancement and test-engineering support skills.

  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience

 

 

RF/MIXED SIGNAL TEST DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERS

 

The Job

  • Develop RF/mixed  signal test programs/hardware including design, fabricate and debug hardware to fit available test equipment

  • Provide new RF/mixed signal test solutions including all activities from customers test specifications, source code development, characterization, correlation and qualification in achieving desirable yield targets and timeline.

  • Develop and establish test methodologies in testing of customers’ products.
