The Monthly Manufacturing Management services includes the following activities:

• Monitor input and output to meet Client requirements.
• Follow up on non-compliance to ensure :
  • Defective materials are quarantined per Client’s Specs.
  • Proper analysis have been performed.
  • Root causes are identified.
  • Proper Corrective actions are identified and implemented.
  • Corrective actions are institutionalized.
• Defect verification.
• Manage scrap procedure.
• Weekly performance review at Contract House.
• Drive continuous improvements for quality, yield and cycle time.
• Facilitate visits from Client and/or Client Customers to Contract House.
• Monitor inventory at shop floor and warehouse.
• Assist in characterization and optimization for New Product Introduction.
• Monthly compliance audit per TS 16949 specification.
• Monthly report to Client.
